Litokol · X-Floor® ProFast-drying CT-C30-F6 premixed screed for tiles, stone & parquet
A bathroom that needs to be finished within a week, or a living room with the parquet already waiting: on many sites, everything depends on the screed. Mixing to a recipe and waiting through long drying times are often simply not an option.
X-Floor® Pro is premixed, needs only water and is ready for tiles after 24 hours or even parquet after 3 days, with uncompromising performance from the very first centimetre.

For bonded screeds on existing substrates, use a bonding slurry made from BoostPro® and never leave the screed exposed.
Premixed screed in a 25 kg bag, mixed with only 1.6 l of water: allow around 19 to 20 kg per m² for every centimetre of screed thickness.

One 25 kg bag covers approx. 0.26 m² at a thickness of 5 cm.
1 m² at 5 cm thickness: approx. 97.5 kg of premixed screed.
5 m² at 5 cm thickness: approx. 487.5 kg of premixed screed.
10 m² at 5 cm thickness: approx. 975 kg of premixed screed.
The examples use average consumption of 19–20 kg/m² per cm of thickness. Further consumption information is available in the technical data sheet.
