Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Goods are delivered worldwide.



Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We do not charge shipping costs.

International deliveries:

Shipping costs may apply to international deliveries.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 3 - 60 days and to other countries within 3 - 60 days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In that case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Further payment details

For payment by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 7 days.

For payment by credit card,  your credit card account is charged when the contract is concluded.
