SICIS® Waterglass Zinc 11 makes the depth of transparent glass a design feature. A glass mosaic for radiant accents, uncluttered bathroom interiors and water surfaces whose effect you can rediscover every day.
01 · Material & appearance

Zinc 11 is made from transparent Smalto glass with smooth, glossy surfaces. Both sides of the square tesserae are finished; gently rounded edges refine the mosaic design.
For an even sense of visual depth, the glass is bedded with full coverage in a light-coloured adhesive bed. The paper mounting on the front keeps the backs free for this purpose.

For professional installation
Lay the transparent glass mosaic with full adhesive coverage and minimal voids in an evenly light-coloured adhesive bed. In wet areas and pools, use a reactive adhesive and epoxy resin grout. Before grouting, the adhesive must be fully cured. The gaps between the tesserae must be clean and dry.

Waterglass Zinc 11 creates clear accents on walls, floors and in wet areas. As a shower wall or luminous recess, the SICIS® glass mosaic gives your bathroom a distinctive visual depth.
Pool & wellness
Waterglass is particularly well suited as a glass mosaic for pools. Water and transparent glass enhance the spatial effect; full-surface bonding with reactive adhesive and epoxy resin grout create an even mosaic appearance.

Carefully coordinated grout completes the mosaic design. The SICIS® colour recommendation for Zinc 11: Bianco Titanio 105.
Litokol Starlike® EVO Bianco Titanio 105 complements the mosaic with colour-stable, water-resistant epoxy resin grout.
05 · Installation
Precision that
preserves beauty.
- Prepare the substrateEnsure the substrate is flat, load-bearing and clean. In wet areas, proper waterproofing is part of the build-up.
- Bond with epoxy resinFor a light-coloured reactive adhesive bed, we recommend Litokol PowerGel® Pro Max Ultra Bianco: a white two-component (2K) epoxy resin adhesive of class R2 T.
- Align the mosaic designThe paper side faces outwards. Bed the sheets evenly; once the adhesive has fully cured, moisten the paper, peel it off diagonally and remove the glue residue.
- Complete the finishFill the dry, clean joints with Starlike® EVO Bianco Titanio 105 and clean the surface within the specified cleaning window.

How do I clean my glass mosaic?
Use a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Then wipe with clean water and gently rub dry.
What preserves the shine?
Clean gently on a regular basis. Avoid rough sponges, abrasive cleaning agents and strongly acidic or alkaline cleaners.
What area am I ordering?
The order unit is 2 m² of nominal area. Nominal area and geometric sheet area are not the same. When planning your area, the key factors are the stated sheet dimensions, the number of whole sheets and the cutting waste. We will help you work out the quantity you need for your project.
