Litokol · X-Cleaner ScrubDeep cleaner & degreaser for tiles, natural stone and existing coverings
Laying new tiles over existing ones saves demolition work, dust and time. Yet the old covering often carries years of grease, wax, care-product films and polymers, invisible but disastrous for the new adhesive bond.
Caustic soda and aggressive cleaners can harm stone and health. X-Cleaner Scrub removes grease and wax with an alkaline formula, including on marble and natural stone, with uncompromising performance right through to a perfectly prepared surface.

If new tiles are to be laid over the cleaned, smooth existing tiles, X-Activator® creates a secure bonding bridge for the new adhesive.
Concentrate in a 1 l bottle, undiluted or mixed 1:2 or 1:6 with water depending on the task: one litre covers around 8 to 10 m².
